Our Story
1991
1998
Tony bought the fleet’s first rigid truck as he expanded business at a steady rate.
2004
The fleet now consisted of 5 vehicles and TKC had secured some valuable contracts with DB Schenker, Kuehne & Nagel and others. At this point TKC had begun branching out into the air and sea freight industry, while maintaining same day distribution across Dublin city as its core service.
2010
Tony Kenny’s son Tom came on board and the company began its regional distribution service to Carlow, Laois, Kildare and Kilkenny.
2014
TKC began a long standing partnership with JMC and went on to become the service provider for the Carlow and Laois areas.
This was the year that the company put its first artic on the road and now could boast a fleet of 15 vehicles.
2023
Having built up a strong customer base and a loyal team of expert staff, TKC now boasts a fleet of 20 vehicles and many loyal customers across Dublin, the midlands and south east. The company invested heavily in IT and modernizing its operations and can now boast a market leading 24 hour delivery service anywhere in Ireland, as well as providing daily UK and EU traffic, storage and much much more.

Groupage delivery is a specialism of TKC and our fleet is based around catering for this. With a range of vehicles including Rigids and Artics, we can allocate spaces for your goods accordingly and reduce your transport costs As you pay only for the space you need, it makes groupage the most cost-effective way to transport goods.
